Building Monitoring and Field Testing
TES performs long-term and construction-phase monitoring of building structures and components. Much of our work relates to identifying and quantifying movement of building structures and components over time to determine when and if remedial support measures are required. We use precision crack gages, electronic sensors, temperature sensors, and wireless transponders to monitor building behavior.
In addition to long-term monitoring, TES performs short-term field observation and certification of structural load tests on individual structural elements and assemblies.
