We tailor the scope of our investigation and condition assessment work to meet the needs of our clients while conforming to established standards of engineering practice. Much of our condition assessment work and documentation is based upon the Guideline for Structural Condition Assessment of Existing Buildings (SEI/ASCE 11) published by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
If structural problems are found, we can evaluate the extent of the damage or structural deficiency, design cost-effective structural repairs, estimate repair costs, and assist in assembling a qualified team of contractors to perform the repair work, and monitor/manage the repair process.
