TES performs design, peer review, and value engineering services for commercial, institutional, and residential projects. From complete design of structural and facade systems for new buildings to design of small modifications and additions to existing buildings and homes, we provide creative, yet cost-conscious and practical designs that are well-suited to the needs of our diverse client base.
Our designs and peer reviews are focused on performance as well as code compliance and constructability. In addition to our use of all types of conventional materials, we maintain a broad library of contemporary products that we specify as appropriate to achieve functional and aesthetic design objectives.
We are often called upon by Building and Home Owners, Property Managers, and Architects to design and analyze relatively small portions of larger buildings and structures. Our work may include design of new supports and systems, analysis of existing systems for suitability to support proposed changes in loading or use, and design of strengthening and modifications if required to accommodate these changes.
